Presence Declare for non-EU participants

Non European participants are kindly asked to carry out the following tasks before coming to the School:

• Print TWO COPIES of the attached form, on A4 paper;
• Fill them in BIG CAPITALS by using BLACK PEN;
• Fill field "Address is Italy" with "Via Casa Nigro" N. "13";
• Fill field "City" with "Santo Stefano del Sole";
• Fill field "Province" with "Avellino";
• Fill field "Date" with the date of your arrival in Italy;
• Make a photocopy of your passport on A4 paper.

During one of the first days of the School, participants will show themselves to the Police authority, and they will be requested to show the above documentation.
